The World's Toughest Row is one of the most prestigious and gruelling rowing races on the planet.
From La Gomera in the Canary Islands to English Harbour in Antigua, the race covers 3,000 miles (4,828 km), challenging its competitors to row non-stop all while withstanding the harsh conditions of the Atlantic Ocean.
To prepare for the challenge, competitors must undergo rigorous training, including physical conditioning, navigation, and survival skills as well as be equipped with all the necessary supplies, including food, water, and safety equipment.
